William A. Barnes Sr. 1st Lieutenant- one of the Immortal 600, Wounded in abdomen at Farmville, Virginia. Interred Oakland Cemetery. Wifes Pension record Amanda L. Barnes Enlisted February 1862 and Died in April 8, 1865 Shot in the abdomen at Sailors Creek, Virginia in a retrat from Richmond and died at Farmville Virginia on 10 May 1865 Witness Angus m Perkinson Died from the effectsd of the wound S.J. McCarley Algernon S. Talley
